Announcement 

Dear distributors and resellers,

We at Artillery would like to inform you that we have now assigned exclusive distributors in the territory of Guatemala , Turkey and Israel ( the "Territories" ) respectively. Distributors or resellers shall prevent from selling any of Artillery's products directly to the customers in the Territories. 

In case any distributors or resellers were found selling directly to said Territories, we reserve the right to terminate any effective agreements, and demand the distributor / reseller to cover our loss caused by selling to the Territories, including but not limited to sales loss, legal fees. 

We would like to request you to take off any links which sells directly to Israel, or remove such options, whithin 3 working days effective from November 18, 2020 China time. Fail to cooperate will be considered as a will to terminate any effective agreements. 

If you have any doubts about this arrangement, please contact your sales representatives.
