The M1 Pro is equipped with a 4.3-inch full-color touchscreen display.
2.What operating system does the M1 Pro use?
The M1 Pro operating system is Artillery OS (note: Artillery OS is an operating system based on Klipper development)
3.How loud is the M1 Pro while printing?
When printing with the glass door closed, noise levels are approximately 55dB, and around 59dB with the door open. In Silent Mode, the noise drops to under 45dB. (Measured with a decibel meter positioned 1 meter in front of the printer, data provided by Yuntu Chuangzhi Lab.)
4.What kind of heated print bed does the M1 Pro use?
The M1 Pro comes standard with a high-power, 2mm thick hardened aluminum AC heated bed. It reaches 60°C in about 50 seconds, and 100°C in around 100 seconds, supporting temperatures up to 120°C.
5.What leveling system does the M1 Pro use?
The M1 Pro uses a dedicated pressure sensor for leveling, offering highly responsive and precise compensation.
6.Does the M1 Pro support active chamber heating?
Yes — it actively maintains a controlled chamber temperature up to 60°C. PAHT-CF requires 50°C, while ABS, ASA, and PPS materials need 60°C.
7.Is there an odor filtration system?
Yes — the M1 Pro uses an eco-friendly honeycomb activated carbon block for high-efficiency filtration, supporting both internal and external circulation to capture volatile particles.
8.How many watts is the power supply for the M1 Pro and what is the WiFi band for the M1 Pro? Does it have Bluetooth function?
The power supply for the M1 Pro is a wide voltage power supply 150W. It supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Bluetooth is not available.
9.What CPU and RAM does the M1 Pro use? Can it be accessed via SSH? What kind of driver does the motherboard use?
CPU: RK3308B
Mainboard MCU: GD32F425
Hotend MCU: GD32F303
RAM: W634GU6RB-11 512MB
Storage: FEMDNN008G-08A39 8GB
Currently, SSH connection is not supported. Artillery OS is a closed-source system.
The motherboard uses the TMC2209 silent driver.
10.Besides Wi-Fi, does the M1 Pro support Ethernet or a mobile app for monitoring?
The M1 Pro supports Wi-Fi and LAN network printing. It includes a visual monitoring system, and when the onboard camera detects anomalies, it will automatically pause the print. Progress can be monitored within the local network through our custom slicing software.
11.When will the filament changer (multi-color box) be released?
We plan to release it in Q3 2025.
12.Will the M1 Pro support the AMS launching in Q3?
Yes — the M1 Pro will support the AMS system through a future OTA firmware update, without requiring additional hardware.
13.Will pre-order prices be affected by customs duties?
As long as your pre-order remains active, the price won’t be affected by any potential customs duties. If you cancel and reorder later, the price will follow the real-time listing at that time.
14.Where will my M1 Pro ship from, and will there be customs charges?
Orders ship directly from China, with a flat $30 shipping fee. Customs duties depend on random customs inspections. Currently, shipments to Canada have not incurred duties, but with recent tax reforms in the U.S., we cannot guarantee this for future shipments.
Estimated shipping time: 20–25 calendar days.
15.Which slicer software is compatible with the M1 Pro?
The M1 Pro uses a custom-developed version of Orca Slicer.
16.Does it support multi-filament management?
Yes — the M1 Pro is compatible with Artillery’s MCM (Multi-Color Management) system.
17.Will environmental temperature changes affect the machine’s precision?
Critical components like linear rails and bearings are made from low-expansion alloys. Thermal compensation gaps are built into the design, ensuring a positional accuracy deviation of no more than ±0.1mm within a 5–65°C operating range.
18.Is the printer shipped with unlocked Klipper firmware?
M1 Pro is a customized Artillery OS.
19.Why is it priced so competitively compared to others?
We’ve optimized our supply chain and scaled up production to reduce costs while still using premium international-brand core components. The machine is CE and FCC certified, designed for an average lifespan of over 10 years, and backed by a 1-year warranty — so you can purchase with confidence.
20.When will the M1 Plus be available for pre-order?
Pre-orders are planned for Q3 2025.
21.I noticed the U.S. price was recently adjusted to $379. If customs duties are canceled, will the price return to the original? If I pre-order at $379 and duties are canceled, what happens?
If duties are lifted, we’ll restore the original price of $349. For those who pre-ordered at $379, we’ll refund the $30 difference.
