Q:When my Order will be shipped ?

For instance, if you opt for SHIP FROM "US" and EDT "Aug", your 3D printer will be dispatched from our local US warehouse in August through express delivery, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Please note that accessories and consumables will be shipped from China, ensuring you receive the best quality components for your printer. For customers from Canada, the 3D printer and accessories and filaments will be shipped from China which will take 20-25 days for the delivery. 

Q:Why is my region showing out of stock ?

A:Estimated delivery times available in each region are as follows: 
US/EU/UK:They will be shipped within 3 business day, delivery takes 5-7 business days.

If it shows out of stock, delivery takes 15-25 business days.

Large area heat dissipation, lower temperature
The driver is equipped with a heat sink to assist the driver to dissipate heat 

and increase the heat dissipation area. The heat of the driver chip can be 

quickly discharged through the heat sink, which greatly reduces the temperature 

of the driver during operation, which is beneficial to the normal operation of the 

printer and prevents steps and stops working.

 

Precautions for use:
1. Please pay special attention to the drive direction, do not insert it backwards!
2. When measuring voltage, be sure not to connect the motor, otherwise it is easy to burn the drive.
3. When measuring the voltage, the power should be turned on. Don't just connect the USB powered by.
4. Before adjusting the knob, it must be done with the power off. After the adjustment is completed, perform a power-on test to prevent the driver or the motherboard from burning out.
5. When attaching the heat sink, please pay attention to the distance between the heat sink and the pins, otherwise it will cause a short circuit between the heat sink and the pins.
6. When the drive is working, please do a good job of heat dissipation (heat sink + cooling fan) to prevent abnormal operation of the drive due to overheating.
